When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international customers in the near future.
What materials are used in your products?
Our products are primarily crafted from high-quality powder-coated steel and sustainably sourced wood. Each item is designed in Japan with a focus on durability, space-saving functionality, and minimalist aesthetics.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate cancellations or modifications within 30 minutes of order placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
